Madison Medical are looking to recruit A&E Nurses for our Clients in the Greater Manchester area. Our Clients are extremely dedicated organisations striving to provide the best personal care possible.
This position consists of various 8 to 12 hours shifts around your availability, paying up to 32.50/h. Salaries vary between week days, weekends and bank holidays and also depend on the type of worker (PAYE or Ltd company).
The ideal candidate will:
-Be NMC registered
-Preferably with 2 years of experience in the A&E department
-Have satisfactory Disclosure completion (should the candidate be successful).
Duties and responsibilities:
-Evaluate patient needs in order to provide the best possible care
-Be very sensitive to the situation you are faced with and monitor outcomes carefully
-Prepare patients for operations and procedures
-Assess vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature
Skills:
-Respect and empathy when dealing with patients
-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Possess organisational skills and the ability to manage your time and workload effectively
